The card has a 0% introductory APR for purchases and balance transfers for 15 months, followed by a variable APR ranging from 18.74% to 28.74%. An annual fee is not charged. However, a 3% foreign transaction fee applies. The recommended FICO credit score range for eligibility is between 690 and 850.
